Accessible Reading BC books come from several sources:

• contributed or licensed content from publishers or providers;
• books we scan, digitize and produce as electronic text and audio files;
• content shared from partner services, or other accessible format producers.

This pilot phase of the project is funded by the Government of Canada through the Accessible Digital Books component of the Canada Book Fund. There are no charges to libraries or patrons.

We do not keep a record of the books you’ve downloaded. For privacy reasons, we only keep as much information as we need to deliver service to our patrons.
